Grâce à sa conception unique, WT Clamp assure que les forces de serrage sont réparties uniformément autour du tube à souder, parce que les distances entre les points de serrage sont exactement les mêmes. Cela est vrai pour toutes les dimensions de tuyau dans la fourchette des WT Clamp (1 à 14 pouces).
Les vis sont pourvus de boules d'acier inoxydable à leus extremités.Cela élimine les chocs avec les objets à souder et empèche la corrosion d'apparaitre.
Les bras sont faits de plaque d'aluminium qui permettent une force de serrage afin de répondre aux exigences de toutes les dimensions de tuyau dans la fourchette des WT Clamp (27 - 355 mm) et avec une épaisseur de paroi de 15 mm.
WT Clamp peut être utilisé pour la soudure de toutes sortes de matériaux tels que l'acier au carbone, l'acier inoxydable, duplex, super-duplex et le titane.
la soudure de tuyaux et de raccords sont facilement réalisables graçe aux clamps WT.

Single Chain Clamp type 2500S and Double Chain Clamp type 2500D are easy tools for clamping pipe to pipe, pipe to bend, pipe to tee or pipe to flange. The low weight make it very easy to operate in the workshop and on site.
The Chain Clamps can adjust and align pipes with wall-thickness up to 1/2" (12 mm), and has a clamping force at 2500 kg.
The Chain Clamps can be used for several pipe dimensions, simply by removing or taking off the jack-bars. The jack-bars are made of stainless steel on all our Chain Clamps.
Type 2500S and 2500D can be used for stainless steel, as only stainless steel is in contact with the pipe.
All Chain Clamps can be used for pipe dimensions from 5".

la pince double chaine type 2500 D is an easy tool for clamping pipe to pipe, pipe to bend, pipe to tee or pipe to flange. The low weight make it very easy to operate in the workshop and on site.
These clamps can adjust and align pipes with wall-thickness up to ½" (12 mm), and has a clamping force at 2500 kg.
The clamps can be used for serval pipe dimensions, simply by removing or taking off the jack-bars. The jack-bars are made of stainless steel on all our clamps.
Type 2500D can be used for stainless steel, as only stainless steel is in contact with the pipe.

Save time and money - obtain better results with the HP Clamp
The easy-to-handle, flexible system to be used for pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-bend and pipe-to-tee or flange - align and adjust and ready to weld in less than 10 minutes!
The HP Clamp is the only hydraulic chain clamp in the world which can operate on pipe diameters from 6" (168 mm) to 60" (1524 mm).The HP Clamp is able to align and adjust pipes and fittings with wall thickness up to 1" (25 mm).
Only the length of the chain and the number of jack-bars varies according to pipe diameter - the rest you buy only once.
The very low weight makes equipment such as cranes superfluous.
To meet the requirements from pipe manufacturers, nuclear, offshore and petrochemical industries, all parts of the HP Clamp that makes contact with the pipes, are made of stainless steel to avoid markings and contamination on the pipes.
The jack-bars are adjustable and removable. This makes the HP Clamp usable on smaller pipe dimensions.
The HP Clamp consists of:
1 Hydraulic cylinder
1 clamping system
1,8 m hose
1 hydraulic hand pump
Jack-bars (number according to size), mounted on two chains
1 Ratchet brace 10 mm
1 Ratchet brace 24 mm
1 Aluminium tool box
All HP Clamps are available with extra chain for all pipe-diameters and extra jack-bars.
